New Manic Street Preachers Album Coming!
November 5th, 2008It sounds like the Manic Street Preachers are working on a new album according to this post over at Comfort Comes. It sounds like this should be a neat album since they are recording without all of the technical gadgets a lot of artist use these days.
Current Music: Adam & The Ants - High Heels In High Places
LittleBigPlanet Shoot-em up level
November 3rd, 2008Wow, caught this over at Kotaku, and wow, I thought LittleBigPlanet looked cool, but this is crazy. When I ever get a PS3 this is going to be a must get game.

Rock Band 2 Wireless Drums!!!
July 8th, 2008
It looks like Harmonix is answering the Rock Band call with a wireless drumset for Rock Band as part of their Rock Band 2 products. The items is up at Amazon which is a great place to find all sorts of products listed way before they are anounced to the general public. I can’t wait. The wireless guitar was such a move up from the wired guitar, that I think the wireless drums would just make Rock Band heaven.
Oh, and I guess the Rock Band 2 website is now live as well.
Current Music: The Last Shadow Puppets - Black Plant
Three More DDR’s!
June 13th, 2008
Something that Kotaku reported on a while ago, I felt I needed to add my two cents (and to crush my one update a month trend). We are going to get three new DDRs this year, Dance Dance Revolution X for the Playstation 2, Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3 for Xbox360, and Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 2 for the Wii. I’m sure I will most likely grab both the PS2 and Xbox360 versions, but since I still do not have a Nintendo Wii (and the fact that the first one was only so-so) will most likely skip the second Wii installment. Although, they are allowing you to use Miis with Hottest Party 2, which could be a fun way to shake things up.
Current Music: Eyerer & Chopstick - Haunting (Gui Borattto Remix)
It’s The Cloak Of Silence!
June 13th, 2008BBC News has an interesting article up today about the possibility of creating a Cloak Of Silence. The article uses a lot of air quotes, my favorite that talks about "Sonic Crystals." It sounds like some science fiction becoming reality. It could be very cool if they figure out how to make it commercial. And as they say, something that would be great to block noisy neighbors who have wild parties at 4 am on a Monday.
Current Music: Groove Armada - Hands Up
